Brighton came from behind to draw with Arsenal on Saturday teatime kickoff. Ethan Nwaneri gave the visitors the lead in the 16th minute, but Brazilian Joao Pedro restored parity in the 69th minute via the spot. The two teams also played a 1-1 draw at the Emirates Stadium in August.

Brighton, who have been without a league win since November 23, brought on Yankuba Minteh for Brajan Gruda after the break, and he had a great game.

Yankuba Minteh could have won it late on for Brighton after a driving run down the right, but his low shot flashed across the face of goal, with Kaoru Mitoma unable to get a decisive touch to put the ball inside the net.

Midfielder Ebou Adams was ruled out of the clash in the southwest owing to a concussion, which was sustained in the closing stages of Wednesday’s game.
