Real De Banjul recorded a commanding 3 – 1 win over the Gambia Armed Forces in week ten of the Gambia Football Federation male first division league.
Playing at home, Real makes the game look easy as they descended on the soldiers and got them where they wanted within the first half.
It doesn’t take Real long to prove how they are no match to GAF in the afternoon as they broke the deadlock just after three minutes when Modou Lamin Demba latched on to a Salifu Colley’s pass and fired home to signaled Real’s intention.
Real still went on to penetrate GAF with two penalties as the soldiers were penalized for two miscalculated tackles in the box. Babucarr Jallow converted after Modou Lamin Demba was brought down in the box on the 6th minute.
Armed Forces defenders erred again on the 11th minute when they brought Modou Lamin Demba who converted from the spot for his second and Real’s third.
Then it was only 11 minutes played, but Armed Forces could not stage anything meaningful even though they pulled one back through Musa Drammeh on the 35th minute, but that only proved a mere consolation.
In the other week ten matches, Brikama United shared the spoils with Gamtel in a 1 – 1 draw, while Marimoo and Falcons also settled for a stalemate one-all draw.
