Denmark
Yankuba Minteh was handed his first start for Odense, the 1-1 draw at the
Nature Energy Park against Silkeborg IF was his second appearance. Minteh assisted Armin Gigović’s goal.
Turkey
Ali Sowe found the back of the net in the 92nd minute as MKE Ankaragücü’müz beat İstanbulspor 1 – 2. This was Ali’s second goal of the season.
The Ankara-based club had a counter-attack with the ball being laid by Ali; his first attempt to spin the ball was blocked by the goalkeeper, allowing him to head it in.
Ebrima Colley assisted Borini’s leveler as Fatih Karagümrük & Fenerbahçe played a nine-goal thriller. This is Colley’s second assist of the season.
Adanaspor’umuz registered their fifth season draw following their 1-1 scoreline against Bandirmaspor. Lamin Jallow played the full throttle.
Eyüpspor quest for promotion continued as they stretched their unbeaten run to four games following their 4-0 win over Manisa FK. Pa Dibba, who lasted for 86 minutes, got the highest rating.
Korea
Ulsan Hyundai is within touching distance of a first league title in sixteen years following their 2-1 home win against Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors. Modou Barrow gave the visitors the lead in the 34th minute, meaning the Gambian international has scored 5 goals in his last 5 matches. The winger has 13 league goals so far, with three games left.
CAF preliminary rounds
Kajally Drammeh & Lamin Jarju were handed a start in the first leg of the Total Energies CAF CL. Drammeh, who scored in the midweek, lasted 72 minutes as Angolan side Petro Atletico beat Cape Town City 3-0. Young Africans drew 1-1 against Al Hilal Omdurman, with Lamin producing another spectacular performance.
