Jerry Yates scored an overhead kick as Derby County shared the spoils against Plymouth Argyle in a 1-1 draw in the Sky Bet Championship at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Ebou Adams played the entire game; the Rams are in 12th position with 19 points. Derby will return to action in the Sky Bet Championship with an away fixture against Preston North End on Saturday, November 23rd (3 p.m. kick-off).

Alasana Jatta scored his seventh league goal when his header gave visitor’s Notts County the lead in the 13th minute. The host found the equalizer in the 74th minute through the Ironside header. The spoils were shared 1-1 at the Eco Power stadium.

France

Metz secured a 1-0 win over Caen courtesy a Gauthier Hein strike in the 26th minute. Gambian international Ablie Jallow provided the assist, making it his first assist of the season. Ablie was close to breaking the deadlock in the early minutes of the game, and his second opportunity came too before the break but went unlucky to find the back of the net. The victory has kept Metz within touching distance of promotion back to Ligue 1.

Denmark

Vejle are unbeaten in their last three games, winning one and picking two draws. Musa Juwara was handed his ninth league start and lasted 78 minutes. Juwara replaced Gammelgaard in the starting XI.  In 15 appearances, Juwara has 5 goals contribution (2 goals and 3 assists). Hamza Barry was introduced in the 46th minute in place of Lundrim Hetemi.

OB Odense are 12 points clear in the Nodic Liga bet following their 3-2 win over AC Horsens. Luca Kjerrumgaard, Jakob Bonde, and Mihajlo Ivancevic were all on target as OB was close to returning to Superliga style. James played the entire game while Alasana Manneh lasted 78 minutes.

Estonia

Paide Linnameeskond secured the bronze of the Premium Liiga for the third time in the club’s history. Paide beat Levadia 3-0 in a record game, in which Abdoulie Ceesay scored his 13th league goal while Ebrima Jarju kept five clean sheets in a row. Jarju assisted Robi Saarma goal in what was his 100th appearance for Paide.

Slovenia

Susso Bamba scored a brace in the timeframe of two minutes against Velenje Rudar. Susso was knocking on the doors, trying shots on target, and laying assists for his teammates, only to be denied by the goalkeeper before breaking the deadlock in the 70th and 72nd minutes. Saturday’s brace has taken the Basse born to four goals in seven league matches.

Saudi Arabia

Musa Barrow only failed to score in four matches in the Saudi Pro League. Following his back-to-back goals, which was his 3rd consecutive goal. The former Atalanta forward has now scored six league goals in 10 appearances. Barrow is tied in 3rd place in the golden boot race with Ronaldo, Kevin N’Koudou, and Talisca. Barrow left it late to seal the winner for Al Taawoun in the 90+3 minutes. He scored on Wednesday during the Wolves 4-0 win against FK Altyn Asyr in the AFC Champions League II competition.

Senegal

Kabiro Joof scored his second league goal by giving Guediawaye the lead in the 38th minute. The host GenerationFoot leveled the matters from the spot in the 86th minute, a score that left Guediawaye in fifth position with nine points.

I started my journalism career as a football analyst in 2012 with Vibes FM and went on to work with CityLimit, West Coast, Hot FM, Freedom Radio, Eye Africa and Afri Radio as a content producer and presenter.
