Ablie Jallow was on target again, and Ibou Touray reached a milestone with Salford City while Yankuba Minteh, Sheikh Sibi, and Ebrima returned to action.

Sheikh Sibi returned between the sticks for Virtus Verona in their stalemate with Pordenone Calcio. Sibi was unused in the last 14 league matches before returning to the starting XI for his eighth season appearance.


Ali Sowe and MKE Ankaragücü’müz were handed a second consecutive away defeat. This time, it was against Adana Demirspor. Again, Sowe played the full throttle.

Ebrima Colley played 90mins in Fatih Karagümrük 2-2 draw against KASIMPAŞA on Sunday.

Yankuba Minteh, voted as the Talent of the year on Friday following an impressive autumn 2022, scored the only goal in Odense BK’s 1-0 win over Næstved Boldklub in a friendly match.

18-year- old Yankuba Minteh earned his name in the team of the week in Denmark following his exploits in Odense’s 3-1 win over Lyngby on Friday.

Paide played their first preseason match against Tammeka Tartu; the game saw Goalkeeper Ebrima Jarju playing the first half, while midfielder Foday Darboe came in the second half. Unfortunately, paide lost 3-0.
