Alfusainey Gassama scored his 13th league goal at the Dibba Stadium following their 2-2 draw against United Football Club in the UAE Gassama scored from a cross after the visitor’s failed their line, and Gassama got the better of them.

11th time CAF Champions League champions Al Ahly edged Simba SC 3-0 on aggregate. The returned leg ended 2-0 in favor of the Red Devils. Pa Omar Jobe replaced Burundian international Saidi in the 84th minute.
Esperance edged Mimosas 4-2 in the post-penalty shoot-out. Kebba Sowe wasn’t involved in the return leg.
Kajally Drammeh made his fifth appearance in the CAF Confederation Cup. Drammeh, on loan from Cape Town City, replaced Mohamed Farouk in the 81st as Future FC lost 3-2 on aggregate against Zamalek in the quarterfinals.
