Abdoulie Ceesay reaches double figures as Fadera makes his home debut against Bologna

Scorpions players returned from international break with fine form. Musa Barrow hit the target with his 2nd goal in three matches, whereas Abdoulie Ceesay was involved in a four-goal haul at the Paide Linnastaadion Stadium. Alasana Jatta and Wally Fofana were on target, while Ablie Jallow, and Ebou Adams helped their clubs with crucial victories.

England

Alasana Jatta came off the bench to inspire Notts County to a 4-2 victory against Bromley. League leaders Notts County were already trailing after six minutes. Jatta assisted Crowley and went on to score in the 56th minute as Notts County remain on top of the summit.

Italy

Alieu Fadera made his home debut at the Stadio Sinigaglia. The Gambian was handed a start as Como put the front foot by scoring two early goals. Alieu Fadera sent Patrick Cutrone down the left; his roll across the six-yard box took a big deflection off Nicolò Casale to wrong-foot Lukasz Skorupski at the near post. However, Samuel Iling-Junior stoppage time spoilt a homecoming party for Como.

Ebrima Darboe had an afternoon to forget folliwng his sending off in the Frosinone trip to Brescia, which ended in a 4-0 defeat. Darboe, who was starting his fifth game of the season, received his warning in the 47th minute and was later sent off in the 57th minute.

France

Metz kept the space with league leaders Guingamp following their 2-1 away win against Paris FC. Depsite sitting in 5th position, Metz are tied with 8 points after four matches in the Ligue 2. Ablie Jallow was handed a start and lasted 77 minutes as Metz set to return to top-flight football.

Yankuba Jarju scored his first league goal for his side QRM in a 4-3 fumbling defeat to Châteauroux in the French National 1 on Saturday. Jarju was making his 5th league appearance of the new season for the club.

Turkey

Ali Sowe and Çaykur Rizespor were on the losing side following their 5-0 away defeat to Galatasaray S.K. The Black Sea Sparrowhawk have now lost their last three matches.

Denmark

Vejle BK registered their eighth consecutive defeat of the season following their 5-0 loss against Viborg FF. Musa Juwara had Vejle’s first shot on goal but failed to trobuled the goalkeeper. Both Juwara and Hamza started the game, with Juwara lasting for 71 minutes.

Odense dropped points for the first time this season following their 2-2 draw against Ac Horsens in Hjørring. James played the entire game while Manneh was replaced in the 59th minute. Odense BK remained unbeaten and are top of the league in stride with an automatic return to the Superliga.

Estonia

Abdoulie Ceesay was on a scoring spree as he scored four goals to take his tally to six league goals in six matches. The on-loan striker from Real de Banjul has scored in the last three league goals. Ceesay, who was called up to the national team, was named in the team of the week for match day 26 and is expected to maintain his position in the team of the week. Muhammed Susso came in the second as Paide thrashed Nomme Utd 7-2.

Saudi Arabia

Musa Barrow scored back to back as Al-Taawoun beat Al-Khaleej 2-0 in the Saudi Pro League on Friday. The former Bologna man has now scored two goals in three matches in the Saudo Pro League.

CAF Champions League

Both Ahmed Ndaw and Kebba Sowe held the advantage going into the next week’s return leg. The latter, Sowe, replaced Abdeli in the 58th minute as Esperance eased past Dekadaha 4-1. For Stade de Tunis, Khalil Ayari’s lone goal was enough to see off Algerian USM Alger in the CAF Confederation qualifiers.
